FringeBURBANK, Calif. (June 13, 2012) – Calling all Fringe fans — from Westfield to Alt-San Diego! The acclaimed thriller’s stars and executive producers will return one final time to Comic-Con International: San Diego®, the world’s greatest pop culture convention, to celebrate the show’s fifth and final season with its incredibly devoted fans. For the first time ever, the show’s panel will be held on a Sunday — July 15 — and it will take place in Hall H of the San Diego Convention Center.

  • Series stars Anna Torv, Joshua Jackson, Lance Reddick, Blair Brown, Jasika Nicole and John Noble will join the show’s executive producers for the panel
  • In their final appearance at Comic-Con, the Fringe team will treat fans to an exclusive video presentation, answer burning questions and look at what lies ahead for the climactic conclusion of the acclaimed sci-fi series

  • Recently renewed for its fifth and final season, Fringe continues to explore new cases with endless impossibilities. From Bad Robot Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television, Fringe airs Fridays at 9/8c on FOX.

QUICK THOUGHT: I almost can’t believe the show has lasted this long. The show has been on the bubble of cancelation for the last three years, and yet FOX keeps bringing it back. Part of that is due to the fact that JJ Abrams has serious hollywood pull, but the fans of Fringe are the real reason it’s still alive and kicking.
