“Men In Black III” Movie Review:
‘I absolutely loved this movie!’
In 2012, an alien criminal, Boris the Animal, has escaped from the prison that Agent K sent him to in 1969. Boris goes back to 1969 and kills Agent K. When Agent J goes to work the next day and asks for K, he finds out that he has been dead for over 40 years. J must now travel back in time and kill Boris before he kills K in order to save the universe. Upon arriving in 1969, he finds Agent K and the two began the search for Boris.
This wouldn’t be the first time I was surprised by a Men in Black movie. I didn’t expect to like the first one, but I ended up loving it. I didn’t think this one would be able to even compare to the first, but boy was I wrong. I absolutely loved this movie! This is one of the rare times that I would go back and see it again if given the chance.
I was a little scared at the thought of time travel. Usually, if a sequel involves time travel, it means the series has nowhere else to go, but this time, the time travel worked. The writing was great! The whole movie was really funny. There was a lot of laugh out loud moments. I had a great time and that’s all I want out of a movie.
Will Smith is definitely one of the greatest actors of our generation. He is so great in every role he plays. Another great thing about Smith is the wide variety of movies he is in. He isn’t like Jennifer Aniston, who is the same character all the time. Besides being awesome, the characters he play are always different.
The director of the first two films, Barry Sonnenfeld, was back again to direct the third. I think that is really important, because he is used to working with these actors. I’m sure the actors are very comfortable with him telling them what to do, and I’m sure he is comfortable telling them what to do.
If you want to go out and have a good time, go see Men in Black 3. If you are a fan of the first film, you will certainly like this sequel. Don’t let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game. That wasn’t what I meant to say. What I meant to say was, don’t let the fear of time travel keep you from seeing the movie.
