New Cloud Atlas Trailer

Here’s the New Theatrical Trailer for the Wachoswki’s ‘Cloud Atlas.’

The first Cloud Atlas trailer was six minutes long and it etched out the film journey a major way. It was eloquent and visually brilliant. That of course is nothing new when it comes to the  Wachoswki’s. All of their films look excellent on a big screen. The question for them has always been storyline. You never know what your going to get.

The same music used through-out the extended trailer, is the same music used through-out this trailer. It’s a beautiful piano melody — moving, calming, and never rushed. The big difference in the theatrical trailer, besides the length, is the phrase deja vu. Everyones de deja vu is triggered by the musical piece titled The Cloud Atlas Quartet. Is very magical and illuminating. It proves the power of music and its influences on memory. Check out the trailer and you’ll see what I mean.

an epic story of humankind in which the actions and consequences of our lives impact one another throughout the past, present and future as one soul is shaped from a murderer into a savior and a single act of kindness ripples out for centuries to inspire a revolution.

Cloud Atlas was directed by The Wachowski’s and Tom Tyker. The film stars Tom Hanks, Halle Berry, Jim Broadbent, Hugo Weaving, Jim Sturgess, susan Sarandon and Ben Whishaw. Cloud Atlas Hits Theaters next month on October 26, 2012
