Saturday Night Broadcast TV Primetime Ratings

Written by Alexander Tucker   // 06/03/2012

RatingsTo Say Hockey has slipped into obscurity in The Untied States, is an understatement. Game two of NHL’s Stanley Cup Finale between The Devils and The Kings, couldn’t beat out FOX’s Secret Millionaire.

The NHL has already been all but abandoned by ESPN, and looking at the numbers, you have to wonder why NBC is paying for it. Seriously, the final, the championship of that sport should at least win you a random Saturday night in the middle of the summer. Shouldn’t it? Amazingly, NBC still finished Saturday Night in 4th.

ABC looks to have won the night with Secret Millionaire. CBS finished second with re-runs of Rules of Engagement, CSI and 48 Hours Mystery. In third was FOX with MLB  baseball. The broadcast numbers are below and you have to remember, Live Sporting Events lead to errors. So all of these will be slightly adjusted.
